California Sun Dried Organic Apricots

California grown apricots that are naturally sun dried with no additives or preservatives. Available as organic or natural. They are mildly sweet with a carmelized, slightly tangy apricot finish. This product has a sophisticated earthy flavor. Because there is nothing added, the natural and organic sun dried apricot is light brown to brown in color and drier than the conventional sun dried apricot.

Our products start with the finest naturally ripened California grown fruit. Each variety is specially selected and unique to other regions of the world. They are washed, sorted, cut and placed on redwood drying trays to dry slowly, naturally under the sun. The result is a brilliant, intensely flavored sun dried fruit packed with health benefits. All of Traina Foods' sun dried fruit is produced under a strict HACCP program and is Kosher Certified.
