Dried Blueberries- Domestically grown blueberries are infused with sugar, dehydrated and lightly coated with sunflower oil.

Tart Dried Cherries-Domestically grown tart cherries are infused with sugar, dehydrated and lightly coated with sunflower oil.

California Dried Medjool Dates- California grown Medjool dates are long, very dark semi-soft with a wrinkled appearance.

California Dried Pitted Dates- Pitted California grown dates are semi-soft with a dark brown flossy surface.

California Calimyrna Dried Figs- California grown golden colored Calimyrna figs are moist with a full sweet flavor.

California Black Mission Figs- California grown, naturally dried whole black Mission figs.

California Ashlock Pitted Prunes- California grown, dehydrated Ashlock pitted prunes are sweet with a soft, moist texture.

California Dark Raisins- California grown natural Thompson seedless raisins are dried inthe sun with nothing added.

California Golden Raisins- California grown golden raisins are dehydrated and preserved with sulfur dioxide.

Our products start with the finest naturally ripened California grown fruit. Each variety is specially selected and unique to other regions of the world. They are washed, sorted, cut and placed on redwood drying trays to dry slowly, naturally under the sun. The result is a brilliant, intensely flavored sun dried fruit packed with health benefits. All of Traina Foods' sun dried fruit is produced under a strict HACCP program and is Kosher Certified.
