California Sun Dried Apricots

California grown and naturally sun dried Apricots. California Apricots have a deep orange color. Sun drying removes only the water from the fruit concentrating the flavor and nutrients. California Apricots have a complex sweet and tangy flavor and chewy texture making them a good choice for use in cooking, baking and for snacking. Apricots are rich in vitamin A and a valuable source of iron and calcium. Traina grown and manufactured. Kosher certified. Contains sulfur dioxide for color retention and as a preservative.

As a California grower, sun dryer and packer, Traina Foods controls all the steps involved in producing our sun dried fruit. Our products start with the finest naturally ripened California grown fruit. Each variety is specially selected and unique to other regions of the world. They are washed, sorted, cut and placed on redwood drying trays to dry slowly, naturally under the sun. The result is a brilliant, intensely flavored sun dried fruit packed with health benefits. All of Traina Foods' sun dried fruit is produced under a strict HACCP program and is Kosher Certified.
