Italian Sun-dried Tomato Torte
INGREDIENTS
1 piece frozen puff pastry dough 1 lb round of Brie 1 cup Traina California Julienne-cut or diced Apricots ½ cup water ¼ cup sugar ½ cup Sliced Toasted Almonds
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, blend both cheeses with Dijon mustard, garlic and white pepper until smooth. Add onions.
Split California pitted dates lengthwise and stuff with cheese mixture. Wrap precooked bacon around each date, and reheat in a 350˚ oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
