Preheat oven to 375˚
Hydrate 1 cup Baker's Fruit Medley in warm water (enough to cover the fruit) for 20 minutes. For more flavor, orange juice may be used to hydrate the fruit instead of water. Drain fruit and pat dry.
Cook egg noodles approximately 4 minutes. Remove from heat before noodles are fully cooked. Drain well
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar, orange zest and cinnamon. Stir well until all ingredients are combined. Stir in noodles and dried fruit.
Pour mixture into a well-buttered baking dish, approximately 9” x 11”. Bake uncovered until custard is set and top is browned, about 30 - 45 minutes.
