California Sun Dried Tomato Overnight Soufflé
Preparation
Brown sausage in frying pan. Set aside.
Mix the eggs, cream, milk and salt and pepper.
Cut up bread and put large bowl, pour egg mixture over bread.
Add the sausage, sun dried tomatoes, ½ the cheese and 2 green onions.
Put in buttered 8” x 8” square pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour until set.
Top with remaining cheese and garnish green onion.
