Easy Skillet Lasagna Made with Tuscan Herb Pasta Toss
It's easy to prepare a gourmet meal at home in minutes.
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and parmesan cheese until well blended. Set aside.
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Season water with salt. Add pasta, cooking according to package directions.
While pasta cooks in water, add Traina Home Grown Tuscan Herb Pasta Toss, stirring frequently.
Once pasta has reached desired doneness add spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.
Reduce heat to medium. Spoon ricotta mixture over pasta.
Sprinkle with mozzarella; cover. Allow cheese to melt.
Before serving top with parmesan, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper.
