A layered appetizer with the flavors of shrimp cocktail.
Place shrimp, celery and Traina Sun Dried Tomato Sriracha Ketchup in a bowl and mix to combine.
Place avocado, red wine vinegar and salt in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Place orange and honey in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Using a small 4 oz round cup, place 1/6 of the oranges in the bottom, then layer on 1/6 of the shrimp mix, then 1/6 of the avocado mix. Press with a spoon to cause the layers to adhere to one another. Then place a cracker on top of the mixture, turn the cup upside down and allow the layered mix to pull away from the cup so that you have a beautiful layered appetizer. Place that on a dish and garnish with celery leaves.
