Our California Sun dried Pitted Ranier Cherries have a reddish-golden, color with a tart-sweet chewy texture. They’re a perfect ingredient for use in many food applications from salad kits, snack bar, cereal and baked mixes to prepared food meal kits and chef-inspired recipes.

Cherries are high in vitamin A and C.  Our traditional sun drying methods remove only the water from the fruit, thus concentrating the delicious natural Cherry flavor and nutrients of the fruit.   Traina Foods incorporates a strict quality assurance program.  This fruit product contains sulfur dioxide added for color retention and as a preservative.
