Dried Cranberries add flavor, texture and rich color to salads, snack mixes, stuffing and baked products. (Hint: Adding dried California apricots will offset the sweetness of dried cranberries and offer a beautiful color contrast.) Dried Cranberries are sweetened and lightly coated with sunflower oil.
