We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as forms of payment. We bill for the entire order, tax (if required) and shipping) at the time of purchase. You may also use PayPal to make your purchases. To pay using your PayPal account, simply click “PayPal” during your payment selections.

 

Sales Tax

  • Food orders are not taxed.
  • We are obligated by law to collect sales tax for non-food orders.
  • All exempt customers need to provide us with proper documentation.
  • Please contact our Customer Care Service before placing your order.

  • We consider our website easy to use; however, if you need assistance please contact our Customer Care Service.
  • We invite you to register for email updates and special promotions.
  • Order as a Guest Click on our “Shop” Tab to access our any our Product Categories. We have also included a Search” in the upper right hand corner of the page. This feature will allow you to enter a description. 
  • If you can’t find something on your initial visit to our website, we invite you to check back as our harvest changes and so will our products.

 

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel any order prior to clicking on the “Place My Order” button.

You will be prompted to create an account when you make a purchase. If you prefer, you may shop as a guest without creating an account.

 

Promotional Discounts

Traina Foods reserves the right to offer promotional discounts at our discretion. 

Our Promo Codes may only be used once per person during the designated time period.  To use a promo you will need to enter an advertised promo code on our website during your check out process. Some exclusion will apply. Free ground shipping is not available on sale items.
