Traina reserves the right to offer, amend or discontinue promotions at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. Advertisements, announcements, or marketing of any kind regarding promotional discounts do not constitute an offer to enter into a binding contract between the consumer and Traina Foods.

Each promotion is subject to the terms and conditions listed herein. In addition to the terms and conditions specific to each promotion, all promotions are also subject to the Traina Foods Terms of Use which can be found in our Terms of Use Policy page. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will govern.

Stay in Touch Promotion (available only to new email newsletter subscribers): 

Subscribe to our email newsletter to be one of the first to receive tips, recipe ideas, and exclusive email promotions. First time email subscribers will receive a 15% discount code. The one-time code will be automatically emailed to you after you sign up. The code may only be used on purchases through the Traina Foods website. Code entry is required at check out. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, discounts, or promotions, except free shipping on eligible purchases.

Email Discount Promotions for Existing Email Subscribers

From time to time we will send our email subscribers promotional discount codes. Codes may only be used on purchases through the Traina Foods website. Code entry is required at check out. Promotion codes cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, discounts, or promotions, except free shipping on eligible purchases.

Free Shipping Promotion:

This promotion is available for a limited time only on online orders of $69.99 or more. This promotion will be automatically applied at check out when the subtotal of the order is equal to, or greater than $69.99 per shipping address after any promotional discounts are taken. No code entry is required. See our Shipping Policy page for more information. Free shipping is within the contiguous United States, excludes Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally. This offer may be combined with other active promotions.

TRAINA HOME GROWN SWEEPSTAKES RULES:

Please Note: While we use the Instagram and Facebook platforms to hold our sweepstakes give away, the sweepstakes are is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

1. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
    

2. HOW TO ENTER:
   Beginning on August 31, 2023 through September 7, 2023 at 11:59pm PST, log into Instagram or Facebook, go to the Traina Home Grown page, and find our post regarding the sweepstakes. To enter, follow the Traina Home Grown page, like the sweepstakes post and tag a friend in the comments. Each tag is considered an entry. Participants may enter as many times as they would like. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY.
   Open to residences of the contiguous United States only. Must be 13 years of age or older as of August 31, 2023. Void where prohibited.

4. DRAWING.
   Each entry will be assigned a number. A random number generator will be used to choose the winning number. Winners will be chosen on or about September 8, 2023 to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be posted to our story and notified by direct message either on Instagram or Facebook. The winner will be required to respond to the direct message indicating his or her acceptance of the award and by providing the mailing address for the award to be shipped. Failure to respond within 5 days of the date notice is sent will result in forfeiture of the prize and Traina Home Grown shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to Traina Home Grown to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, and/or likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
   By entering this sweepstakes, entrants hold harmless, release, and discharge, on behalf of themselves and all heirs, executors and assigns (collectively “Releasors”), Traina Home Grown, Instagram, Facebook and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, successors, and assigns (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses, injuries (including death), losses, damages, and any other liability of any kind, to entrant or to any other person, arising out of or in connection with (either directly or indirectly) the sweepstakes, entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes, or entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse, loss or damage of or to the sweepstakes prize, even if due to the negligence of Releasees.

6. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.
   If any error or technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Traina Home Grown reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify the sweepstakes. In the event of termination, the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.

7. PRIZES.
   The winner will receive an 8.5 oz jar of sun dried tomatoes in oil, a 6 oz package of seasoned sun dried tomatoes and a 3 oz package of julienne cut sun dried tomatoes. Limit one prize per person. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Traina Home Grown reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Traina Home Grown will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM.
   Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these official rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Privacy
   Information submitted with an entry by a California resident is subject to the California Privacy Policy.  Information submitted with an entry by all other entrants is subject to our General Privacy Policy.
