Traina is the largest producer of California Sun Dried Tomatoes. Our tomatoes concentrate rich, savory flavor through the power of the California sun. At Traina Home Grown®, we never use dehydrators, freezers or microwaves, just time, warmth and natural air. This traditional method gently removes moisture while preserving vibrant color, texture and deep tomato flavor. What you get is truly sun dried tomatoes that bring bold taste, umami depth and real fruit character to every dish.
