Traina Foods products (Sun Dried and Dried Fruit, Condiments, etc) are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product(s).
If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service prior to returning your items. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. We do not offer cash refunds.
