Preheat oven to 300°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the peeled banana using the back of a fork. Stir in peanut butter, egg, flour, oats, and finely chopped Ruby Royal Apricots. The dough will be on the drier side so you may need to add a splash of water and knead it by hand until it comes together.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured work surface until it reaches ½” in thickness.
This can be done either freehand using a sharp pairing knife or using a cookie cutter to cut out dog biscuits. .
Transfer biscuits to the prepared sheet. Reroll scraps and repeat until the dough is used up.
Bake at 300°F for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits become slightly brown and firm to touch. Bake time will vary based on size and thickness.
Allow to cool completely before moving.
Store in an airtight container or zip-top bag. Refrigeration is not necessary but recommended.
