Shipping Policy

Traina Foods is located in Patterson, California. As a default we ship our products to Residential and Commercial addresses via UPS Ground (unless specified otherwise). You may elect to choose between Ground, UPS 2-day, 3-day and Next Day at your discretion. We ship to all states located in the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping charges are based on item costs plus costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and related customer service.

If you are in the military, we’d like to share that our beloved father, Justin Traina was a Bronze Star and Purple Heart WWII Veteran, who served in Europe; as such our family would like you to know that we are grateful for your service. Shipping from Traina Foods to your APO or FPO address is easy because it is treated just like a normal domestic shipment. If you have an APO or FPO address, we will ship the package to you through the United States Postal Service.

We ship to domestic PO Boxes and Centralized University/College Mail Service Centers (MSC), just provide your complete address information.

We do not currently ship Internationally. Please check back with us, as we hope to include this service in the future.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Reroutes

We do our best to ship your packages based on the information you provide. Therefore, it is very important that you verify addresses and the availability of your recipient before placing your order. Sometimes weather delays or incorrect address entries may cause a delay, which means that we will be unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. If you have questions, please call our Customer Care Service.

 

Signatures

We do not require delivery signatures. However our shipping carriers may require signatures for certain types of deliveries, including those to apartments or offices.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a signature is required at a particular address, UPS will attempt to deliver up to three times. After the third attempt, the gift will be returned to Traina Foods. Failed delivery attempts do not qualify for replacements or refunds. If your purchase does not arrive as expected, please call our Customer Care Service.

 

Order Tracking

After your order is placed; you will receive a separate email from UPS Quantum View with your Order Tracking Number and a link to UPS.com. You may enter your tracking number on their website to view the status of your order. 

 

Additional Processing Information

All shipping and processing charges are based on the price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully, because delivery and postal services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the address we are given.

All Promotions offered on this website extend only to online e-Commerce Shop Sales.

 

Promotional Shipping Service 

When Traina Foods offers promotional Free Shipping, the order will be shipped via UPS SurePost Service. This service combines UPS Ground network with the final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. 

If a customer needs an/or wants quicker delivery of their order, then we reccomend that they select an alternate delivery option such as Next Day, 2-day and 3-day.  If this occurs, then the free shipping promotion is not applied and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the expedited shipping delivery method.   

 

Holiday Shipping Cut Off Dates

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, we ask that you place your order at least 10 Business Days prior to a holiday for Ground Shipping in order to guarantee delivery (Business Day is M-F, cut off time for delivery is 10am PCT).
