A simple pasta salad with a tangy sun dried tomato ketchup dressing.
Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
Combine Traina Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup, lemon juice, pepperoncini brine, oil, oregano, fennel, garlic and salt in a blender and blend until smooth and lightens in color (denoting emulsification).
Add dressing, tomatoes, pepperoncini, basil and mozzarella to the pasta bowl.
Toss to combine and serve garnished with extra basil.
