Preparation

Mix farro, cucumber, fruitons®, olives, white beans in a large bowl.

In a separate mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.

Drizzle ½ the dressing over the farro mixture. 

Add the feta cheese and toss with the spinach.

Add additional salt and pepper as needed.
