Natural Dried Pears are an imported product.  They have a sweet subtle flavor with a moist, slightly chewy texture. They’re a good choice for baking and as an ingredient in signature granolas, trail mixes and stuffing. Dried Fruit with Chocolate Dipping Sauce, need we say more. 

1) Combine, 2 T Dutch cocoa, 2 T sugar, 2 T water, stir until smooth.

2) In a saucepan over medium-high heat combine ½ c nonfat sweetened condensed milk with the cocoa mixture and bring to boil, constantly stirring for about 1-2 mins. 

3) Pour the chocolate into a serving bowl. 

4) Artfully plate a variety of our colorful California Sun Dried Fruit (Apricots, peaches, pears, nectarines, and plums), then pass the fruit for dipping by your guest and watch the smiles begin.
